Our National Bank Heist is a new play that delivers a fresh perspective on a period of time with a fictional occurrence that could have happened during our recent past in an engaging and amusing series of comical events that are very true to life in the Bahamas. Aulenna Robinson in her debut as a professional playwright delivers a stage play that balances humor with social commentary populated by characters any Bahamian would find very familiar. Matthew Wildgoose’s stage direction is able to keep the pace that allows the cast to shine with fun comic timing. The cast is on point as they bring their roles to life and bring a feeling of realism to the proceedings that makes watching them entertaining.
